Kalendra provides a technical platform through which users can list products and contact each other. Kalendra does not sell the listed goods, does not process payments in the current product workflow and does not become a party to the transaction.

Who is the contracting party?

The contracting party is the provider identified in the relevant listing. Returns, withdrawal rights, return shipping costs and refunds depend on applicable law and the terms provided or agreed by that provider.

Business sellers

Business sellers may be subject to statutory consumer information and withdrawal requirements. The terms published by the respective seller apply. If required information is missing, the seller should be contacted before entering into an agreement.

Private sellers

A transaction between private individuals does not automatically include the withdrawal rights applicable to certain distance contracts with business sellers. Individual agreements and mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Return and withdrawal terms for a listing

Review the information in the relevant listing and clarify any open questions with the seller through Kalendra's messaging system before entering into an agreement.

Return shipping and refunds

Kalendra does not set a uniform return fee or refund period. These depend on applicable law and the agreement with the seller. Any refund is handled by the contracting seller, not by Kalendra.

Defective or incorrectly described goods

Contact the seller through Kalendra's messaging system and retain the listing information and relevant evidence. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Kalendra's role in disputes

Kalendra can review reports of possible violations of the platform rules, but it does not decide civil claims and does not issue refunds.
