Kalendra is a platform for publishing and discovering events, services, offers and other content.

Kalendra provides a technical platform through which users can publish content and interact with each other.

The operator only provides the technical infrastructure and does not become a party to contracts between users.

5. User-generated content

Users may publish content such as offers, events, posts or reviews.

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish.

By submitting content, users grant Kalendra a non-exclusive right to display that content within the platform.

6. Prohibited content

The following content is prohibited:

• illegal content
• fraudulent or misleading offers
• spam or mass advertising
• hate speech or discrimination
• glorification of violence
• pornographic content
• copyright infringements
• publication of third-party personal data without consent

7. Community rules

The platform is intended to be a respectful and safe place for all users.

In particular, users undertake to:

• treat other users with respect
• not publish false or deceptive information
• not publish content that violates applicable law
• not harass or threaten other users

8. Content moderation

The operator reserves the right to review, edit or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

The operator may suspend or delete accounts where users repeatedly violate these rules.

9. Reporting content

Users may report content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Reports may be sent by email to info@kalendra.net.

Reported content will be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

10. Liability

Kalendra only provides the technical platform.

The respective user is solely responsible for content, offers or services published by that user.

The operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or quality of content.

11. Ending use

Users may delete their account at any time.

The operator reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

The operator reserves the right to amend these terms where necessary.

13. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the operator's registered place of business.
